Working Out Doesn't Have To Be Boring!

I used to be that girl who thought working out was too hard and I could NEVER stick to any one program for long. That all changed when I found the 21 Day Fix. It seriously changed my life. Here was a workout that I could actually follow. There were no complicated, "What the hell are they doing?" moves, there was a modifier to follow when things got too high impact, there was an easy to follow nutrition plan, and the workouts were actually fun! I stuck to it and lost 13.5 pounds in 3 weeks! I did a couple more rounds and built up my confidence so I started trying different programs. Since then I've done 21 Day Fix Extreme, T25, Cize, 22 Minute Hard Corp, and now I'm doing Country Heat. When I've finished that, I'm going to hit Hammer & Chisel. I've also done a bunch of single workouts from different programs through Beachbody on Demand. If you haven't done your 30 day free trial yet, you should! If you would have told me a few years ago that I would come to love trying out new programs I would have laughed at you, grabbed your Milky Way candy bar, and ran off. I know getting started is scary, I know you're filled with doubts and excuses, and I know that it's hard to commit. While I love all the Beachbody programs I've tried and I firmly believe in the way they are put together with nutrition for maximum results, I know not everyone is ready for the commitment. So, I've put together a few different routines and exercises you can try to build up your confidence and I'll be posting them here for the next few weeks.
